Help is available from several sources. Firstly, our FAQ's should answer most of the basic questions that might arise. Secondly, we have a Hints page which provides guidance on computer health in general and how to minimise your exposure to viruses, together with links to recommended Virus software manufacturers.
For everything else, go to the help pages within your mailbox itself, and if that's not enough, send us an email and we shall do our best to reply within 48 hours.
