Do I need any special software to use this service?

The only software you need is a Web browser, like Microsoft Internet Explorer or Firefox. You may also download your email to a mail client (program) such as Outlook Express, Outlook, Eudora etc, as long as you have that program on your PC. We recommend the use of Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE6 or IE7) and Outlook/Outlook Express

If I Forget My Password, what Do I Do?

If you lose your password all you have to do is contact admin@londonnetmail.com. We keep no record of your password but we can set you up with another one to get you back into your mailbox. You should then reset your password. We recommend that you change your password on a regular basis. Passwords must be at least five (5) characters long, and can be alphanumeric.

Note: Passwords are case-sensitive.
